My stay was not what I expected. The rooms were bright and airy but did not have a balcony, and the pool view we paid extra for was definitely missing. The service, however, was amazing. The staff was there to assist with my luggage and provided top-notch customer service, especially Andrea, who was extremely nice and caring. The location had beautiful vegetation and amenities but suffered from an awful smell that drifted through the pool area. The dining experience was amazing but lacked some basic facilities like an umbrella or an extra chair.
